Andrew’s Chili Recipe
2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Med sized white onion diced
2 tsp. Lawry’s seasoned salt
12 oz. can diced tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
16 oz. can black beans (drained and rinsed)
16 oz. can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
4 oz. can green chilies
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2-12 oz. bottles beer
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Brown the beef with garlic powder, onion, and Lawry’s seasoning. Drain the grease, then put in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2-3 hours.
Optional: Serve with mild cheddar and sour cream, if desired. Enjoy!
